Is anyone having issues with the app? The app won't connect to the car if the car has been switched off for more than 10 mins.

I have the app on both an apple and android phone and neither have connectivity once the car is off. This has only happened in the last couple of months. Thanks.

 

l have had no issues and have used it often over the ps 2 months.

 

no issues here either. Try removing the app and reinstalling.

 

Thanks have tried that several times. It appears that the modem in the car shuts down 10 mins after the engine is turned off so one for the dealers I think.

 

try uninstalling the app and re installing

 

The app is not working for me either with my XC40 recharge, BEV. For those who say it works, is it with this model?
