Now with all of the other issues my app won’t start my car. It says car in use

 

The Volvo app is flakey. One day it works, another day it doesn't. I've gone days with out having the Door Lock status showing correctly or at all.. simply see "Unknown" sometimes. This is on an iPhone, btw.

 

I saw that there was a live chat in the app and so I chatted with someone. He said they are working on an update and he added my VIN number to the list of ones they have

 

I received that randomly a few weeks ago after the app had been working fine for a long time. I tried all the resets (factory and soft) to no avail. Brough it up with my dealer and they said the only way to fix it was to hook it up to their system in the shop. I was already at the latest software version, so I'm not sure exactly what they did, but it fired right back up when they were done.
