Default Volvo V70 2004 left low beam problem

Hi!

My Volvo has an intermittent headlight problem. I have changed the low beam relay and checked the wiring as much as possible. The voltage at the lamp plug was 11.4 volts.

Is there an electronic system which can cause this?

Thanks in advance!

Check the CEM

The central electronic module (CEM) is positioned under the panel by the control for opening the hood.

All leads point to this having issues...
