I have taken in my Volvo V70 estate for an MOT and have been informed by the dealership that the front LED light cannot be replaced and I need to buy a complete new light housing system for the front drivers side. This is at a cost £1043.44. This appears to be extremely expensive or am I wrong ?
Looking in the headlamp assembly of my 2015 - the white "parking" light that is a LED on my car, that's between and dipped and main, or dipped/main and DRL - does not appear to be replaceable! And I can find no listing for that bulb in the parts catalog for a 2014 and 2015. The parts catalog for a 2013 shows a couple of different bulbs than a 2014+. The diagram is for a 2013 and #10 on the diagram are 5 watt bulbs - which is normally used as parking bulbs. Don't know if this matches yours or not - for there are differences between lighting in different markets. I woulds seek a different opinion and hope the first one was simply mistaken and you have the earlier headlamps.
