Question Is it a want or a need?

I'm getting a 2017 XC90 and was thinking about getting the rubber mats since I have a baby (just over 2 weeks). My thinking is it might save me a lot of problems from spills and messes down the road.

What are yalls thoughts on this? Are the regular mats just as good? Or would it be wise to go with the rubber ones?

Pretty popular out here in Cali - get them dirty, take them out, hose them off, repeat ...

we have factory Volvo for only $115.72

I have always used the factory rubber mats myself. the carpet ones make a useful trunk liner too... LOL

Get the rubber mats -- I have two kids that are far from babies, but the rubber mats (and don't get the generic aftermarket, get the ones that are custom fit for your car) and these mats have saved my floors over and over again! Worth every penny! I have the 2017 XC90 and it came with the trunk rubber mat also, but it "snaps" together and doesn't always stay that way -- and it slides around like crazy. Not a fan of the trunk one, but definitely the foot area mats!
