Plan B. Find your motor at the automotive "recycling" yard and do a swap. I know there are rebuilders for BMW, Mercedes and old time British sports cars. Maybe there's the same for Volvo engines.
You'll be taking a chance, of course, since you'll know nothing about the history of the replacement. But it will be cheaper than a new car. A professionally rebuilt one might just do the trick for another 100K!
Plan C. Employ Plan B and locate a replacement head for your engine. Assuming that you didn't damage pistons, connecting rods or any other "lower" part of the engine. And do a "top end" replacement on your engine to keep or even swap back if Plan B's engine is an oil burner, etc.
