Wow, seen a nice 240...
A buddy of mine turned me on to a 240 wagon that one of his customers might sell. I say might because when I got there, there was NO for sale sign on it.
Anywho, it is a 240 wagon that looks like it's 4 years old. This thing is clean, white on blue. No cracked or busted lenses, interior looks new, has the full roof rack, no damaged moldings or messed up trim. Very nice. The guy mentioned that he looked at the blue book and said that he read a value of $2,800, man, I'd pay $3,500 for it if I had it. It needs some suspension work, tail is sagging a little, like all 240's do. The said the AC needs serviced and the radio does not work. I also noticed that the trip odo reset button was off, lying in the dash. Nice tires, clean carpet and everything. Awsome car. Looks like the car has the 8 valve motor in it. I put over 400,000 on my 740 that had that motor.
