Hello! First time poster. I have an automatic 2012 XC60 with 49,000 miles on it. I got it 6 months ago. I am noticing a heavy drop or grab when I am around 25 mph from gears 2 to 1. I have had three guys drive it and they have felt it too. I am noticing it more when I am accelerating as well. Someone on another forum said it may need a software update. Any ideas would be appreciated. About to take it to the dealer.
