Hello! First time poster. I have an automatic 2012 XC60 with 49,000 miles on it. I got it 6 months ago. I am noticing a heavy drop or grab when I am around 25 mph from gears 2 to 1. I have had two guys drive it and they have felt it too. I am noticing it more when I am accelerating as well. Someone on another forum said it may need a software update. Any ideas would be appreciated. About to take it to the dealer.

 

you can have the dealer advise if there's any software update service bulletins on your model that need to be applied. other than that, I'd have a technician look at the motor mounts and transmission mounts.
