Default CAT BACK REQUIRE PCM RESET?

I just got my 07 s60 2.5t out of the exhaust shop. Had a 2.5 mandrell bend piping with a magnaflow muffler installed, my question is do I need to disconect the battery for a few minutes to reset for this mod? I thought that it would be faster than it is, not much of a power increase.

Your not seeing much of a power increase because a catback system alone may net you 10-15 Hp. That is if your car is in good condition and maintainence is kept up.

Your going to see the most gains in exhaust mods from doing a 3" mandrel bent downpipe.

I would love to do a down pipe but 1200.00 is more than I can do at this point.
I have noticed that hp is addicting I love it
Ihave also added a k/n panel filter so far
Car just had 4th oil change down now has 13,000 miles on it.

Have you looked into getting a custom made downpipe. Yeah custom sounds like more money, but not really.

If they don't want to mess with it, don't use them. They are just saying they can't do it.
