just got this car, replaced battery, tuneup, oil change ,--general checkup was good, but once in a while it doesn't want to start--always does eventually, but it squeals like crazy at startup . any ideas? is there a belt involved with battery? when it doesn't start right away there's no squeal,,,,the sound is only upon success at ignition.
