I am purchasing a 2005 Volvo S 40, when I apply brakes and look at third brake light it seems like it is dimmer than normal, the use car dealer said they tried to replace with a new unit and it is the same intensity. Is this a common thing and is it normal to be not as bright as other brake lights are? Thanks for any replies!
