Hi, my name is Brian, I'm new here, I own a 2005 Volvo v70, the blower fan is not working anymore. Any idea what the issue may be? I don't think its the fuses as I've checked those.

 

Either the blower motor or the resister or both - once you get the fan out you can easily connect 12 v (carefully with jumper wires, or the fat red and black wire in the plug and hold onto the motor!) to the +and - on the motor to verify the motor is ok. Don't know if you have looked or not but the fan resister is under the motor, you have to remove the motor to get to it.
