Default 2009 S40 inner cv bracket

Thought cv axle passenger side was done until passenger side lower bolt on bracket started to slip after two days PBR soaking, Maybe should have splurged and ordered the Crizol but I dont wanna break it off and still soaking. Never used a torch and nervous with all the rubber and juice nearby in a very tight space. Now wifes car sits all ready for me to finish job but dont wanna snap the bolt. Ideas as I am a backyard. Thought I had it licked and done with upper out pretty easy with 10mm and short socket. Didnt work so well with swivel wrench and the trying cheater and closed end of a 10mm on the bottom bolt. Grateful for my truck to get the wife to work but she hates driving it. No room for a a vice grip without some serious hose surgery.
