Default 2010 XC90 Bluetooth Issues

I am new to the forum and excited to learn. I have had my 2010 XC90 for 3 years now and have loved it. This past weekend, I used my Volvo to jump my wife's car because her battery died. Ever since I did this my bluetooth has not worked; the blue light in the center has not lit up. I unplugged the battery overnight, and when I plugged it back in, the blue light was flashing slowly, as if it was in the pairing mode. It would not connect to my phone, even after disconnecting it from my phone's bluetooth list. The bluetooth module would not respond to any buttons pushed. I looked at the external amp under the passenger seat, and I did not see any water pooling. I have also replaced the #8 fuse on the driver side of the dash, and #5 fuse by the brake pedal. Thank you so much for your help and advice.

The phone does not recognize the car's bluetooth signal, so it is not an option. All of the connections look attached with no damage.
