Cannot discover ATF dipstick location; also any special procedures to change auto trans filter and fluid?

 

There is no filter on your trans!
The dipstick is hard to find sometimes.But it should be on the front of the trans.
The dipstick is yellow in color.

Don't give up looking for it!! It really is there!! On my C-70 I finally went to the dealer as I could not find it. The service writer who is quite knowlegable on Volvos could not find it! Finally the mechanic came and after moving a hose, pointed out the yellow dip stick. Good luck on pulling it out!! The dealer does not charge that much for a power flush....................and you do not end up with 13 quarts of used trans fluid to dispose of.............something to think about.
