Default Camshaft reset valve.

I just replaced a motor in a 01 Volvo v70 xc cross country. When we went to start the new engine, it would run, but not over 2200 rpm. I scanned it and trouble code P0014 came up and I crossed referenced it to ECM-644A Camshaft reset valve. Does anybody know what and where located on the car if it gets replaced or a "reset"? I can't find in all data. Can someone please help me? thx

check out the "Camshaft Adjust Solenoid" which is part of the VVT set up. VVTs are driven by oil pressure and can get gummed up due to dirty oil etc...
