Hello I need advice. Im a new Volvo owner. Bought my 05 XC70 in January and its a lemon. Noone wants to help and Ive got a bad CEM and fouled wiring harness, car wont pass inspection and more things are failing every day. Volvo says that there isnt a recall so they cant do anything for me. Dealer(independant) wont either. Volvo authorized dealer says that the independant should fix it or at least offer to pay for some or most of the repair. The repair is about 2500.00. The car did have an issue when I bought it but they explained it away and said that the previous owner disconnected the parking assistant which wasnt disconnected, it was just not working. That should have been my first clue that there was a problem. Im not familiar with Volvos or their issues and Im getting a fast education. Advice anyone?????
