Default Climate control problem

Hey guys, I've got a 1999 V70 and none of the vent/blend door actuators are working except for the Recirculate which works well in one direction but stops and starts in the other, but at least it works. The other four do not work. I removed one, disassembled it, and found nothing wrong. The feedback resistor works, motor and gears work. I reassembled the unit, bench tested it and it works, but not in the car. None of the actuators that should respond to the rotary selector switch work. I then removed the electronic climate control computer and disassembled it looking for anything obvious like cold solder joints, burnt traces, leaking caps, etc... Nothing. I put it back together and just like before, only the recirculate switch and the A/C switch work. No selector and no thermostatic control for either side. This suggests to me that there is a problem with the control unit, but I thought I'd run it by those who know these cars more intimately that I. Any help is appreciated.
