Considering Certified 2022 XC90
I have a 2019 Honda pilot with 70,000 miles on it. We bought it after our lease ended during the chip shortage when car inventory was non-existent. The purchase price was way below market value so we have about $7k in positive equity in the vehicle.
Now that my kids are a little older, I am seriously considering trading in the Honda practicality (and taking advantage of that $7k equity while we have it) for something with a more luxury feel and have an opportunity to buy a certified 2022 Volvo XC90 with 15,000 miles for a reasonable price.
My Honda has been a good, reliable car so I’m hesitant to trade it in. At the same time I want something a little more stylish and have the budget to do so. Is it worth the trade off? I have read the XC90 reliability is not great - is that really true?
Looking to be convinced in either direction!
