Default Electrical fault on my old Volvo V70

Hello all. I`m a new member. My name is Phil. I`ve had my Volvo V70 for 8 years now. 53 plate. 270,000 miles. Love the car. But the last couple of years , when the car gets hot, as in after an hours driving I start to get stuff coming on dashboard ie: left rear door open. 5 minutes later I get Brake failure signal. It goes off when I switch the ignition on and off but it carries on until the car has completely cooled down. I just need some ideas of what it could be because if I take it to a garage it will be difficult to find the problem. I do have a Volvo specialist within 5 miles of where I live but it`s still a case of time and money.
I would appreciate any input.
Regards Phil

Could be a relay overheating. Check a wiring diagram/fuse layout to see which circuits may be common to your fault codes.

What year? If it's a 01-04 you might have an overheating CEM. Check what xemodex says are symptoms, how to test it, and their solution at this link - https://xemodex.com/us/product/centr...0657629-00-22/

Thank you. Makes sense. I'll do a bit of research on the subject
