Exclamation Electronic Issues?

I'm a new member looking for/hoping to find a reliable Volvo mechanic in Somerset County NJ or central NJ area who specializes in all things electrical, NOT affiliated with a dealership. I recently purchased a 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T AWD 5cyl AUTO TRANS.

First thing to happen:

Front ball joint on passenger side and axle broke away from the wheel which left me stranded; and, now:

I have a blower motor that won't quit on me(only when I pull the fuse!). Climate Control Module(CCM @ central dashboard) and Blower Motor Resistor/regulator both replaced. I'm thinking that it's a wiring/switch problem somewhere between the resistor and the CCM. Also noticed that only -1- cable is hooked up to CCM at back(not including hookup to cigarette lighter outlet). Unable to locate the 2nd cable. The car was purchased from my mom-and-pop mechanic of 40 years a few months ago.

THOUGHTS?

IDEAS?

HELP?!

Start with finding a wiring diagram to see what's in play. Sounds like somebody tried to fix the problem in the past w/o success

If you start calling around, ask if they have a factory trained tech on staff and whether they use the Volvo VIDA/DICE tool. It has more diagnostics (particularly for pulling fault codes from the CCM etc) than other shop subscriptions like All Data.
