Engine check warning and try to shift or slow down

It's Volvo XC90 2008. 160km done. Since from yesterday there is engine check light on. I did oil service too. Today morning while driving one pop up shows try shif or slow down. Anyone can help me how to solve it. Thanks

Start with a scan, preferably using VIDA - What codes are stored?
