I've had the engine replaced twice on my S80; dealer was great, no charge, but Volvo refuses to extend the warranty on the engine. Dealer claims they have no control over this decision.
Coming up to end of original warranty; engines were replace at approximately 30k miles each time. Any suggestions for approaching Volvo again over this issue?

Why were they replaced? Oil consumption?

 

Yes, but so far, no issue with the last engine.
