Hi, I'm Hannah and I just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.

My husband and I just traded for our first Volvo (2000 S80 T6 Exec edition). Best trade ever! We're a military family and won't be in one place long enough to really find a Volvo crowd and stick with it, so I though this may be my place. =-]

We're both looking forward to finding out more about Volvos (they're a bit more complicated than our old Civic - but 10 years older and 1,000 times better), how to make ours our own, and find out what everyone else has done to theirs.

Thanks! It was an epic trade... My literally blown Civic for the S80 - I can't complain! We were just looking for something a bit bigger and more reliable and it just fell into our laps. My family has had Volvos since I was just a baby so I was ecstatic to find this one! It's rough on gas but I love the car! All it needs is a little paint and TLC for right now.

Yes, I have some pictures of her. She's got some wear and tear but I'll be adding one when I get on a real computer.

 

Here you go, a crappy shot from my cell. I even caught my husband washing it and the 'ole Civic we traded for it in the background. You can't really tell where it needs paint, plastics, and some other random bits (it's not really bad, anyhow), but the places are mostly on the little area between the doors and the roof... Plus the rubbers around the windows. All in all, I'm a verry happy Volvo owner. =-]
