Hello, to everyone out there !!!

I have a 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo and I was putting in a new stereo and a buddy of mine cut my wiring harness and took it out of the car. My headlights would not work but, I figured out that I had to connect 2 wires back together and then they started working again (don't remember which two color wires) but that not what I need help with. I need help hooking back up my cigarette lighter and my rear defrost. What are my white and black wire?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
