New Forum member here. Here's my new acquisition - a 1985 240 DL purchased from the proverbial little old lady. One owner, 95,000 original miles. I'm no stranger to the 240, having owned two previously (one destroyed by a UPS truck, the other sold. Also owned a model 122 way way back). Car was mostly cared for, and I've been going through it, taking care of minor things (tires, brakes, tune-up, belts, gas tank sender, A/C retrofit, overdrive relay). Will need a few cosmetics, such as a few interior trim pieces (back seat seat belt covers and rear window vents baked by the sun). Minor dent on left quarter panel (not seen in pics). A rust-free solid car. I see the seat belt covers are available on Ebay but if anyone knows where to buy the rear window plastic vent openings, hit me up. Also the forward ash tray was busted, I had to replace it with a good used, but trim is black and I need brown, so if anyone is in possession of a brown-trimmed front ash tray they can part with, drop me a note.
