Default Have Volvo, eager to learn

I purchased a used '98 S70 T5 back in 2002. I wasn't even considering Volvos (was look for a used Acura), but fell in love with it. Since then I have done a few simple aftermarket modifications, ram air intake, TME exhaust, boost gauge (basically bolt on stuff from IPD). I have just been learning as I go (no previous experience working on cars, but am a mechanical engineer, so I learn pretty fast), from a Haynes and Chilton manual. I am now at the point where I have a decent place to work on the car, and want to learn as much about her and do as much of my own work on her as possible. Any veterans out there have suggestions on where to start? A couple questions I already have are 1) is there a service manual available for the car written by Volvo, that covers the car roof to tires?, and 2) Are there lookup tables, or diagrams, somewhere for the car that give Volvo part numbers.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Alex

Fix a program called VADIS that will show you almost everything you want to see.
