Hello everyone. This is my first Volvo ever and my first fwd car in many years. I got rid of my 2001 ZO6 and a 1999 Ford Lightning so my fiance could have a much nicer car. We got a 2012 C70. So far i rather enjoy it.

I was wanting a Shelby Gt500 but she cannot drive a stick. The Mercedes and BMW convertibles were much more pricey and i do love the retractable hardtop and the performance. I really hope i made the right choice.

This is the first time in 15 years that i do not have a Corvette, so some withdrawals are going to happen. I hope that this community is as tight as the Corvette community. I am very used to being able to do the majority of my maintenance and repairs myself.

If anyone has some advise for a new owner please advise.
