Hi my name is Nick, I'm 20. I'm actually a Volvo technician but I just started at that, been doing it 2 months professionally but have been working on my moms 240 diesel for years with my dad. I was priviously with Ford for over 2 years.
I just got a '94 850 turbo. It's got a burned valve on cyl #3 so I'll be fixing that and doing some upgrades while Im at it.

Do you work for a delearship?
What kind of upgrade wil you be doing?

 

Yes I do work at a dealer (Park Place Volvo, formally Point West as of two weeks ago).

I plan to do head work, possibly upgrade the turbo if its available, ECM upgrade, exhuast upgrade and some "basics" like that. This is going to be my daily driver so nothing too wild. Hoping to hit high 200s hp.

Im new to volvos tho, I worked for ford for 2 years prior and thats my main thing. so I'm not up on all the volvo specific stuff but a car is still a car
