Default Hey all. New to VF!

Whats up everybody?
My DD is a 95 Civic EX turbo etc but my girlfriend drives an '05 S40 2.4. We drive her car alot because mine did not come with A/C. Also there is more space due to the 4 doors. And it is more comfortable. Actually I usually just drive my car when by myself or when we are going somewhere in a hurry, in the snow, not in the hot weather, or somewhere we want to just go and save gas.
I decided to join the forum because the S40 has so much more computer control than the cars I am used to and I thought it wouldn't hurt to get some tips from guys more experienced than myself. Also, maybe I could hear about recalls, TSB's or whatnot from here that I might not hear about other wise.
I am a mechanic at a small garage here but we do not have the 'latest' in computer diagnostic software so I do what I can but am limited by this.
Well anyway. I hope to learn and share my experiences with her S40 throughout the life of the car. So far, so good!
Word.

Welcome Brian. Former Honda junkie myself. Previously owned a 95 Civic DX and 93 Accord SE. Right now I drive the S60.

The recalls and TSBs can be found up at the top of the page, just below the VolvoForums banner.

Welcome to the forum, I hope it is helpful for you.

I too am a Honda kind of guy, except I haven't been impressed with newer Hondas.

Good luck,

JPN

I felt the same way but the new Si, CR-Z and 'rumored' AWD TSX turbo are exciting.
