I own a 2009 Volvo S80 3.2 L two wheel drive. I had lost power and could not start so tried to jump and had to buy a new battery. When all power returned the emergency break would not release and bell kept ringing inside the car. I had it checked out and was told I need an actuator. I had a fiend replace it but the problem still exists. I need help .
