Smile high fuel pressure

i'm having a lot of problem with my 1999 v70 2.4 turbo awd. my car would go in limp mode ,then there was nothing to do,so I would shut the car off and restart it, and it would be ok for a little while.but if I hold the gaz pedal to the floor will it was stuttering, will I was driving it would stop stuttering and drive ok for a will.SO I started with the throdel body, replace that and the mass air flow and the temperature sensor and some relays and some sensor and rebuilt the turbo because I hade oil residue in the air way. so I think I did every thin concerning the air. So i'm down to the gaz ,so I took the gaz pressure it was 56lb constant ,the spec is 40 to 45 lb I think. so I was wondering could I be flooding the motor.THANK YOU FOR ANY INFORMATION
