Howdy, long live the 240!
My family has been driving Volvos for the past 10 years (mostly 240s, though my brother converted to a 740 wagon)
Being in college (thus broke) and driving a 240 I have to do a fair amount of routine maintenance myself, so after following google search after google search here trying to fix my charging system I thought I would just give in and join ^_^.
First 240 (wagon)I inherited with 220k(ish) and went to about 306 before we retired her (electrical problems were spawning faster than my paycheck to fix them)
Now I drive a 240 sedan with a (hopefully) working charging system and I plan on being with her for a few years now
