Looking at a V70..

It is either a V70 Or a WRX Auto Wagon...

Anybody have any comparable info on the two?
I want performance and AWD..

The R is sportier and has more HP. Not sure about the year your are looking at as far as HP. In 98 the R had 236 HP vs. 190 for the Low Pressure Turbo GLT model. Not sure about the HP of the Cross Country either. Lot of people say to stay away from the 99-01 models of Volvo and think 98 was the best year for them. Ford took over in 99 and they have some electrical problems. The good news is that if you have problems within 10 years and 200k miles Volvo fixes it for free.
