Hey everyone! I am a newbie looking to learn more about the Volvo in general. I am about 98% sure that my next car will be a Volvo, but I'm one of those guys that needs to be 100% sure. Welcome to the forum. I just joined myself. I've owned a 97 850 T 170,000 miles for 5 years and I love it! Do know, that they are a little expensive to keep in great shape. If you are somewhat mechanically inclined you can take care of many things on your own - especially using this great forum. In addition, if you have a great mechanic (I'm very fortunate), then troubleshooting should not be an issue. I had a lousy mechanic when I first bought the car and an air conditioning repair cost me over 2K. If the problem was trouble shot correctly, it would have only cost about $600. Good luck!!
