Never thought I would own a Volvo!!
I would personally like to thank the folks that put this website together and the moderators who keep up with all the posts. You do a spectacular job!
Six months ago I purchased my wife her “dream car”, a XC90 to retire her aging Toyota Sequoia. She drove her new car for a few weeks then decided that she liked the size of her Sequoia better and wanted it back. Long story made short I wound up getting stuck with her Volvo. A guy who has never driven anything but one ton diesel pickups for the last 23 years driving a little Volvo. Turned out to be one of the best gifts my wife has ever given me (I don’t think I will tell her that). I love this car and given we live in a town known for getting the most snow in Colorado, it tracks like a dream. Now that my buddies have stopped making fun of me, I would highly recommend one to anybody.
My hat goes off to all the viewers that help out with technical issues. Today I replaced the fuel filter on the XC in a matter of 30 minutes, all thanks to the folks that had written in previously and explained the process. I look forward to contributing my time and my donations to this site.
Thanks for your time
Welcome to the forum.
Glad you like your XC90. The XC90s seem to have their own problems, especially the electronic controls and certain alignment issues. I would religiously follow scheduled maintenance to keep headaches minimum.
Cheers,
JPN
