I'm the fairly recent owner (2 years, just long enough to get it paid off) of a 2003 S80 T6 and have been very happy with it. I've driven it about 12000 miles and had no trouble at all. Recently, the dash and gauges have all gone inoperable so I took it in to have it checked out. Instrument cluster rebuild. Gasp. I was also told I need to replace the oil cooler seal and was quoted 175.00 parts and labor. Is this about right? I live in Western Washington. Where is the oil cooler seal and is this something I can do myself? Googling it has led me to a dead end.

https://www.oemvolvopartsonline.com/...-seal-30637339 - google for a pic of the oil cooler itself (you should see it on the engine from under the car ) - price seems about right - a 60-90 minute job for a shop once the get the car on the lift, inspect the lines, clean up etc.
