I was getting ready to install an aftermarket seat cover on my drivers seat. Turned the ignition to get power and used the drivers seat control to move the seat as far forward as it would go. Now the seat is dead and when I turn the key in the ignition I got some funky lights but the car will not start, some locks work some don't. Checked fuses and found #13 (Power outlet 12v front/rear) and #38 (alarm siren) fuses were blown. I replaced them and now when I turn the ignition key the check engine light comes on but blinks and I get a constant clicking sound inside the car cabin not in the engine compartment. Any suggestions?

Also, just before this I started the vehicle to move it. Everything appeared to be in working order. I looks like moving the seat all the forward caused some sort of electrical short or fault.
