Hi All - just bought my first Volvo, a well cared for blue 2004 S80 with graphite interior. Seems to be lot of Volvo sites, I threw a dart and landed here - so far, so good.
I have a heated shop with tools, air, computer w/ OBDII system and do almost everything myself. I generally buy factory service manuals for all my vehicles off ebay, but have only found electronic copies for the S80 (I'm OK with that). Everyone claims the other guy's are crap. Anyone out there have recommendations regarding a really good service manual for the S80?
Thanks, and I'm looking forward to being a part of the gang here. - Jim

Thanks for the welcome - VF looks like a great site. FCPGroton looks awesome too. BTW, I scored a copy of the VADIS system - what a great resource. I especially like having a complete parts catalog, it makes it much easier to surf for parts.
The S80 (2.9L non-turbo) is due for a timing belt change. I see FCP sells timing belts and idler and tensioner pulleys. Do you also sell the 4 bolts that mount the vibration damper to the end of the crankshaft? According to the repair instructions in VADIS they are "torque to angle" and are one time use parts.
