Here in the USA, apparently its a rare combination. A 2006 v70r, Laser Blue with Anacoma interior. Automatic. Daily driver that was driven in and out of Boston. One prior owner.0-75k was leased, 75-159k with all maintenance records. All factory service work has been maintained. All stock, just rebuilt the engine after #17 piston chunked. New rebuilt KKK turbo,OEM head gasket, stock headbolts, (as well as stock tranny).I am under the impression of they are fine up to 400hp . Cleaned out the vvts, low milage camshaft hubs replacement, oil sensor, cleaned out entire bottom end including the pan. New cam shaft seals, air filter and several beers. The body and interior are in need of repair. Rips and pokes in the leather and dings and dents/ cracks and blemishes....a long term project. I am fortunate to have a good mechanic taking the lead and I help and learn as I am allowed lol. Looking into tuning and get up to the 377hp area to still be able to get the high milage I know it can provide if taken care of. Possibly install a corvette rear end. I am interested in any words of advice as I am new to the Volvo world. Thank you in advance for the good words.
