Full disclosure, I'm not a Volvo enthusiast but I do appreciate the cars. My fiance just got an S40 and since I'll be the one doing the maintenance on it I figured I'd pop in here and find a support group.

About myself, I'm 29, I live in Ga and I've been a lover of cars my whole life. My first Volvo memory was my grandma owning a wagon in the early 90s, there's something I love about the square edges and those slotted headrests (of all things the headrests stick out to me so much) but I've always had an appreciation for ugly cars. I've done most of my own maintenance on all the vehicles I've owned and I've gotten most of the know-how from trial and error and a bit of help from the interwebs/ old dusty Chilton manuals.
