New Volvo Driver
Hi everyone! Bought my first Volvo a few weeks ago. Although hubby does all the fix'n, I hope to learn a few things here and there.

Boy do I have a story:
It all started with my 1997 Saturn SL2 breaking down in Nashville. I was going back to my hotel from Wendy's when click.click.click.click goes my car. Fast forward one week, two starters, two flywheels, one possible crankshaft and a rental with a cracked windshield later...no working car. I go CarMax and hubby says "hey...here's a nice looking Volvo that meets your criteria and not much above your price range". Volvo wins the test drive even though I'm a tad too small for it. Two days later it's off to put a hitch on my new Volvo, get a tow dolly then off to Nashville for a slingshot trip to bring back the dead Saturn.
There are many tales to tell that go along with this adventure but in a nutshell, this is how I came about getting a Volvo.
