Hello, I just purchased my first Volvo and wanted to introduce myself. I also have a 1994 Audi 90 Quattro and a 2002 Mercedes C230 so I rely on forums like this one to work on my cars myself. My new acquisition is a 1994 Volvo 850 Turbo wagon. It is white with tan leather and an automatic transmission. I bought it to use as my "wife's" winter car to replace the Mercedes during the snowy months. It actually has a sticker on the window and the cover for the manual book that states Special Vehicle - Tourist & Diplomat Sales. The manual book also lists everything in metric where I would assume a regular US car would have our measurements. My father is a car dealer and bought this car at an auction for cheap. I've had to do some cleaning and cosmetic work to get it up to my standards but I'm loving it so far. I love the power and am very surprised by the handling.
