I recently purchased a 2004 S40 T5. So far it has been a nice car. A couple to things need to be taken care of. One, the Xenon headlight on passenger side went out. I purchased a bulb and ignition. I replaced both but it still doesn't work. There has to be some sort of trick to aligning the two. The second, and more complex, is the front is making a noise that would be difficult to describe in word. I know it's not the brakes. I think it has something to do with the suspension. I turn the stereo up to drown out the sound. Any thoughts?

 

Worn suspension bushes or front strut seat mounts?
Or maybe an engine mount?
