Noob memler
Hello everyone,
Over the past week I put my big boy pants on, sold my 78 Camaro, and bought a used 03 XC70 (160k miles) for $2.5k (I have the receipt for $3.6k for a tranny rebuild, new brakes, and new steering components
). Im getting close to 24 mpg compared to my 6 I was getting with the Camaro. I am a new graduate student so the commute back and forth between school and home was killing my wallet. I can't say that it has the coolness of my old car, but I'm starting to like it even better. If I can remember to turn my lights off, my Volvo is the most dependable thing I have ever driven!!
