Ok so I'm the latest NUB
A little bit about myself.
I'm a transmission rebuilder by trade, done quite a few BW's and ZFs in my time. I have to confess I'm a Datsun fanatic. I have a 71 240 and a 72 510 race car I'm pressently building and I've mostly owned Toyotas. The Volvo thing is new to me. I recently purchased an 82 Volvo 4 door with a v-6 off a customer for $700 which in my opinion was a gift because the car is more or less mint. Leather interior, still smells new, sun roof etc. All in all a kick *** car. I do have some engine issues so hopefully you guys can steer me in the right direction. I have acces to Alldata and Mitchell on demand at work but alas ther is very little info on this car. Like wise I can't find a Haynes or Chilton manual for it either.
As for my log on name. Most of my friends when they saw the car said holly $#it it looks like a giant 510.

Welcome to the forum, I wish you find it resourceful.
I'm not privy to 240s but those in the 240 forum should be able to help you with technical questions. If not, follow Moderator Tech's advice; Tech is the top-dog of the forum.
I just went to Tokyo Motor Show, I did not see any Datsun () but Nissan Skyline GT-R was swarmed by hundreds of crowd. The newly-designed GT-R was at about $68,000[&:].
Anyway, best of luck to you,
JPN
