Default PVC clogged?

Hi everyone,

Im new here. I have a volvo v70r AWD 1998. When I put a glove on engine with oil cap removed and engine warmed up, the glove does not inflate nor does it get sucked in. What does this tell me?

Thanks in advance Sam

ps. Im trying to detect the reason of oil leaking down my timing belt.
