Default re buying

So the first car i ever owned paid in cash. Was my 850r. But my mom was hurting for a car so i decided to be a nice son and give her my car. And i bought a G6 GT at a auction. It had 130K+ on it and she put 15k on it before she traded it in for a jeep. She had to it was nickel and diming her to death. Especially on a limited income. So i dont blame her, she loved it and cried when she sold it. Well just yesterday she told me she found the guy that bought it and has fixed it up a bit and it is for sale. Thinking about buying it again that car survived me my drunk friend running it up a curb and my mom smoking Honda's in it haha. Now i would like to get it just for a fun back up car. Guy say the turbo is going bad. So want to find a bigger turbo that will bolt up to the system maybe a bigger intercooler. (any suggestions). Anyway not a super mechanic but love turbo's got me a 87 GN. And she runs low 12's with good rubber. But i miss my 850R. only thing better is if it was AWD but i want to save this one. Got it when i was 20 put BAMF850 as my liscense plate (stupid i know) but i was young and it got a chuckle out of people. anyway hope to get some advice and knowleadge out of this site.
