i recently had my oil change on my 2002 volvo s60. and reset messages on the cluster panel. resetting didn't work! the message is still there. the light didn't even blink as it is supposed to. this is the steps that i took to reset the messages: 1) i turned the key to 1 position 2) i press the button A and turned my key to position 2. within 10 seconds the warning light should blink - the blinking did not happen and everything is still the same.
does anybody know why it didn't work for me? i know i did the steps right according to the manual. i am stuck and in need of help, mechanics here charge an arm and a leg and i'm trying to avoid it. any help will do, thanks!
